- Finding balance in your life is key to living a peaceful life. People will try your patience and life will happen. How do you structure you life to live well? Each part of your life is a season. Too many times, people get in a hurry. When my children were young, it was time to raise my children. I went to every event. I watched them play sports and I was the mom who went on field trips with them. Their life was more important than mime. Depression was killing me and I had to find a way to balance my life. This journey took time, but I finally learned how. This is my journey.

My journey with depression began long before this discussion happened. I am not a doctor, I am a survivor! I will give you twelve tips to help you win the battle with depression. None of them include a trip to the doctor, but I didn't say you don't need to see one. That's not my job.

Using the Mental Health Moments color book I have created a breakout session designed to take a step back and relax a bit. It is important to take out some time for ME! I will teach how to take some moments for me. The book is a meditation/devotional book where you will color the border and the bottom half of the page is a journal page.
