DISCLAIMER: When you sign up for this webinar it is with the understanding that I am not a doctor, I am a survivor. DO NOT take my advice as medical advice. Before starting anything new, please consult your doctor. I have lost 65 pounds as a result of practicing this way of living. This is not a weight loss program, it is a healthy way of living. Your results will vary and will depend on what you eat, how much you eat and your commitment to the program. The idea is to learn a better way to live and bring down your depression levels. Any weight loss you might experience is a side affect of learning to eat better and exercise more. I do not advocate a strenuous exercise program. I have also found that dieting is counterproductive and do not recommend this either.
